Warranty Terms
Warranty Coverage:
1. The company provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. If the product malfunctions under normal use and is determined to be a product defect, the company is responsible for repair within the warranty period.
3. Purchases from unauthorized sales channels are not covered by the warranty and must be repaired as out-of-warranty service.
4. Proof of purchase (order form, invoice, store warranty sticker) is required to enjoy the one-year warranty.
Replacement of Defective New Products:
1. If a defect occurs within 30 days from the date of purchase, the product can be replaced at the original purchase location.
During replacement, all packaging, products, and accessories must be complete (e.g., batteries, cables, packaging box, bag, manual, warranty card, etc.), and contents must not be missing, damaged, contaminated, moistened, or have altered/damaged serial labels. The company reserves the right to refuse replacement or charge a handling fee for damage due to external forces or human factors.
Exclusions:
1. Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters, lightning, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.
2. Reapplied, forged, or altered serial number barcodes, or barcodes that are damaged and cannot be verified for warranty period.
3. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or replacement of non-original parts.
4. Damage caused by improper operation or misuse contrary to the user manual.
5. Accessories other than the main product: e.g., remote control (battery), manual, filters, etc.
6. No on-site repair service is provided; if on-site service is required, additional travel fees apply.
7. Products can be taken to any store for assistance, or sent for repair via the original purchase channel.
*Ensure proper packaging when sending for repair to avoid further damage during transport.

◎ Delivery Time: Usually next-day delivery; for remote areas, holidays, or consecutive holidays, delivery may take up to 7 days.
◎ For industrial-grade machines, company staff will deliver to your door; if the delivery area is remote or route is inconvenient, outsourced logistics will be used.
◎ Household/commercial small machines are generally shipped via outsourced logistics; if company delivery routes allow, door-to-door delivery will be arranged.
