Warranty Coverage
1. One-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. If the product malfunctions under normal usage and is confirmed to be caused by product defects, the company is responsible for repairs during the warranty period.
3. Products not purchased through authorized sales channels will be treated as out-of-warranty repairs.
4. Proof of purchase (order form, invoice, or dealer warranty sticker) is required to claim the one-year warranty.

Defective Product Replacement
1. Within 30 days from the purchase date, defective items can be replaced at the original place of purchase.
2. Packaging, product, and accessories must remain intact (e.g., battery, cables, box, bags, manuals, warranty card, etc.). Missing items, damage, contamination, dampness, altered/destroyed/removed serial number labels, or human-caused damage may result in refusal of replacement or additional handling fees.

Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)
1. Damage caused by natural disasters, lightning strikes, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.
2. Altered, falsified, or damaged serial number labels that prevent warranty verification.
3. Disassembly, modification, or repair by unauthorized providers, or the use of non-original parts.
4. Failure caused by misuse, improper operation, or not following the manual.
5. Accessories outside the main unit (such as remote control/batteries, manuals, filters, etc.).
6. On-site repair service is not provided. If requested, transportation fees will be charged.
7. Products can be brought to any authorized store for service or sent back via the original sales channel.
*Please ensure proper packaging when sending for repair to avoid further damage during transportation.
