Coverage:
1. The company provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Replacement for Defective Products:
1. Within 30 days of purchase, defective products can be exchanged at the original purchase location.
All packaging, product, and accessories (e.g., batteries, cables, packaging box, bag, manual, warranty card, etc.) must be intact. Items must not be missing, damaged, contaminated, wet, have altered or removed serial labels, or be manually damaged. The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges or charge handling fees.
Exclusions:
1. Damages caused by natural disasters, abnormal voltage, lightning, or environmental factors.
2. Tampered, forged, or unreadable product serial numbers.
3. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or replacement of non-original parts.
4. Damage due to improper operation not following the manual.
5. Accessories outside the main product: e.g., remote (battery), manual, filters, etc.
6. No on-site repair service; additional travel fees apply if required.
7. Products can be taken to any store for assistance or sent for repair via the original purchase channel.
