Warranty Terms
Scope of Warranty:
1. Our company provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. If the product malfunctions under normal use and is verified to be a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, our company is responsible for repair.
3. Products purchased from non-authorized sales channels must be repaired as out-of-warranty.
4. Proof of purchase (order form, invoice, or store warranty sticker) is required to enjoy the one-year warranty.
Replacement of Defective New Products:
If a product is defective within 30 days of purchase, it can be replaced at the original point of purchase.
All packaging, products, and accessories (batteries, cables, boxes, bags, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be intact. Contents must not be missing, damaged, contaminated, or tampered with. Our company reserves the right to refuse replacement or charge a handling fee in case of damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Exclusions from Warranty:
Damage caused by natural disasters, lightning, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.
Tampering with, forging, or destroying product serial numbers or barcodes.
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or replacement of non-original parts.
Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the user manual.
Accessories not included in the main product (remote controls, batteries, manuals, filters, etc.).
No on-site repair service is provided; travel fees apply if on-site service is requested.
