Warranty Terms
Warranty Coverage:
1. Our company provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. If a product malfunctions under normal usage and is verified to be a manufacturing defect, our company will be responsible for repairs within the warranty period.
3. Products purchased from non-authorized channels must be repaired as out-of-warranty items.
4. Proof of purchase (order receipt, invoice, or store warranty sticker) is required to enjoy the one-year warranty.
Replacement for Defective New Products:
1. If a new product is defective within 30 days of purchase, it can be replaced at the original purchase location.
2. During exchange, the packaging, product, and accessories must be complete (e.g., battery, cables, box, packaging bag, manual, warranty card, etc.), without missing parts, damage, moisture, foreign objects, tampered or unreadable serial number labels, or any external damage caused by force or misuse. Our company reserves the right to refuse replacement or charge a handling fee if conditions are not met.
Exclusions from Warranty:
1. Damage caused by natural disasters, lightning, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.
2. Altered, tampered, or unreadable product serial numbers.
3. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or replacement of non-original parts.
4. Damage caused by improper operation or misuse contrary to the user manual.
5. Accessories outside the main product (e.g., remote control batteries, manuals, filters, etc.).
6. There is no on-site repair service; if on-site service is needed, transportation fees will apply.
7. Customers can bring the product to any store for assistance or entrust the original purchase channel to handle repairs.
