Warranty Terms
Coverage:
1. One-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. If the product malfunctions under normal use and is determined to be a product issue within the warranty period, the company is responsible for repairs.
3. Products purchased outside authorized sales channels require post-warranty service.
4. Warranty proof (order form, invoice, store warranty sticker) is required to validate the one-year warranty.
Replacement of Defective Products:
1. Within 30 days of purchase, defective products can be replaced at the original purchase location.
2. Packaging, product, and accessories (batteries, cables, box, bag, manual, warranty card, etc.) must be complete and undamaged. Missing or damaged items, tampered serial numbers, external damage, or human-caused damage may void replacement or incur handling fees.
Exclusions:
1. Damage due to natural disasters, lightning, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.
2. Tampered or unreadable product serial numbers.
3. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts.
4. Damage from improper use contrary to the manual.
5. Accessories such as remote control (batteries), manual, filters, etc.
6. No on-site repair service; travel fees apply if requested.
