Warranty Terms
Coverage:
1. One-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. If the product malfunctions under normal use and is determined to be a product defect within the warranty period, we are responsible for repair.
3. Purchases outside authorized sales channels are considered out of warranty.
4. Warranty proof (order form, invoice, or store warranty sticker) is required for warranty service.
Replacement of defective items:
1. Items with defects within 30 days of purchase can be exchanged at the original purchase location.
Exchanged items must include all packaging, product, and accessories (batteries, cables, boxes, bags, manuals, warranty cards, etc.). Items with missing, damaged, or altered components may not be eligible for replacement or may incur handling fees.
Exclusions:
1. Damage caused by natural disasters, abnormal voltage, environmental factors, or lightning.
2. Tampered, forged, or unreadable product serial numbers.
3. Unauthorized repair, modification, or replacement of non-original parts.
4. Improper operation or misuse.
5. Accessories not included in the main product: remote controls (batteries), manuals, filters, etc.
6. No on-site repair service is provided; if needed, travel fees apply.
7. You may bring the product to any store for assistance or use the original purchase channel for repair.
