Product Replacement:
1. Within 30 days from purchase, defective products can be replaced at the original place of purchase.
2. Packaging, product, and accessories must be complete (batteries, cables, box, bags, manuals, warranty card, etc.). Any missing, damaged, tampered, or unrecognizable serial numbers will void replacement eligibility.
Not Covered by Warranty:
1. Damage caused by natural disasters, lightning, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors.
2. Tampered, altered, or destroyed serial number labels.
3. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or replacement with non-original parts.
4. Improper use not following the manual.
5. Accessories such as remote control (battery), manuals, filters, etc.
6. No on-site repair service is provided. If on-site service is required, travel fees apply.
7. Products may be brought to any authorized store or returned through the original sales channel for repair.
